Delete your Notchers data
You can delete tally data without deleting your account, permanently delete your account inside Notchers, or send a deletion request to Vensio AS if you cannot access the app.
Delete tally data without deleting your account

Open Notchers.

Go to Settings → Data.

Select Delete tally data.
- 4
Type DELETE and confirm the permanent deletion.
This deletes your tallies, groups, history, and local statistics. If cloud backup is active, this deletion also syncs to your cloud backup. Your Notchers account and app store subscription are not deleted.
Delete your account in the app

Open Notchers.

Go to Settings → Data → Account.

Select Delete account.
- 4
Type DELETE and confirm the permanent deletion.
You may be asked to sign in again before deletion. This protects your account from unauthorized requests.
Send us a deletion request
Email us from the address connected to your Notchers account when possible. Tell us whether you want to delete tally and cloud backup data while keeping your account, or permanently delete your account and associated data. Include the account email shown in Notchers and whether you used Apple or Google to sign in.
Email contact@vensio.no →Never send a password, authentication token, Apple authorization code, or private key. We may reply to verify that you own the account. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.
What we delete
- Tally data deletion removes tallies, groups, history, local statistics, and synced cloud backup copies for the signed-in account when cloud backup is active
- Account deletion removes your Notchers authentication account and profile
- Account deletion also removes cloud-backed tallies, entries, settings, and sync data linked to your account
- Account deletion removes your RevenueCat customer record used to manage Notchers Pro access
- In-app deletion removes account-linked data stored locally on the device where you complete the deletion
What needs separate action
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription
- Apple and Google retain their own transaction records under their policies
- Device-only data on other devices cannot be erased remotely; remove it in the app or uninstall Notchers
- We may retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or compliance purposes
Important
Cancel an active subscription separately
Account deletion does not stop billing through an app store.
