Delete your Notchers account
You can permanently delete your account inside Notchers, or send a deletion request to Vensio AS if you cannot access the app.
Delete your account in the app

Open Notchers.

Go to Settings → Data → Account.

Select Delete account.

Type DELETE and confirm the permanent deletion.
You may be asked to sign in again before deletion. This protects your account from unauthorized requests.
Send us a deletion request
Email us from the address connected to your Notchers account when possible. Include the account email shown in Notchers and whether you used Apple or Google to sign in.
Email contact@vensio.no →Never send a password, authentication token, Apple authorization code, or private key. We may reply to verify that you own the account. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your Notchers authentication account and profile
- Cloud-backed tallies, events, settings, and sync data linked to your account
- Your RevenueCat customer record used to manage Notchers Pro access
- Account-linked data stored locally on the device where you complete in-app deletion
What needs separate action
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription
- Apple and Google retain their own transaction records under their policies
- Device-only data on other devices cannot be erased remotely; remove it in the app or uninstall Notchers
- We may retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or compliance purposes

Cancel an active subscription separately
Account deletion does not stop billing through an app store.
